L.A. NIGHTS
Photographs from the Other Side of the Sunset
LOS ANGELES · 2017–2018
When I arrived in Los Angeles from Buenos Aires in 2017, I began attending creative gatherings organized through social media platforms. Photographers, models, performers, and artists came together in streets, parking lots, and alleyways, transforming ordinary urban spaces into temporary places of artistic expression.
Through these encounters, I began documenting a world of fire performers, lowrider culture, improvised portraits, and fleeting moments between performances. Some photographs emerged spontaneously, while others developed through collaboration and personal connections.
Created between 2017 and 2018, L.A. Nights is a personal photographic record of those experiences. Nearly a decade later, these images remain fragments of a particular time and place, preserving the faces, atmosphere, and creative spirit of a Los Angeles I was just beginning to discover.
BEHIND L.A. NIGHTS
These photographs offer a glimpse into the encounters and working process behind L.A. Nights. Taken during 2017–2018, they document some of the people, places, and moments that shaped the project beyond the photographs themselves.
